We focus the management of all our processes on continuous improvement, working to meet the satisfaction and expectations of our customers and to create value for our shareholders, our team, and the society in which we operate.

And we have been endorsing this since 1993 through ISO 9001:2015 certification of all processes involved in the development and management of our infrastructure, commercial activities derived from the management of supply points, and customer service.

Our Quality System is aligned with the company’s Strategic Objectives, as well as with our Mission, Vision, and Values, and is based on the principles set out in the Quality Policy approved by the Board of Directors.
