There are two contracting options: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-icon\">\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">Contract the supply at a price and under conditions freely agreed with a retailer<\/span>. On the free market, the companies set the energy price and consumers choose the tariff that best suits them.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">Sign up for the last resort tariff. The Administration sets the price in this case. <\/span>. This tariff is available to those consumers connected to gas pipelines whose pressure is lower or equal to 4 bars and whose annual consumption is under 50,000 kWh. There are two last resort tariffs depending on the customer\u2019s annual consumption:\n<ul class=\"list-icon\">\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">TUR.1<\/span> for consumption under or equal to 5,000 kWh\/year. This consumption range is the standard for a home with a natural gas cooker and\/or water heater.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">TUR.2<\/span> for consumption over or equal to 15,000 kWh\/year and under 50,000 kWh\/year. This consumption range is the standard for a home with natural gas heating.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">TUR.3<\/span> for consumption over 15,000 kWh\/year and under or equal to 50,000 kWh\/year. This consumption range is the standard for a single-family house with natural gas heating or in small businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following companies are designated as last resort retailers:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-icon\">\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">1. <\/span>Comercializadora regulada, gas &amp; power, S.A.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">2. <\/span>Baser comercializadora de referencia, S.A<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">3. <\/span>Energ\u00eda XXI comercializadora de referencia, S.L.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold-text\">4. <\/span>Curenergia comercializaci\u00f3n de \u00faltimo recurso, S.A.U<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019d prefer, you can choose to contract your gas supply at a rate and under conditions you agree upon freely with a retailer.<\/p>\n<p>You can learn about different aspects of the natural gas market on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/\" class=\"inner-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNMC\u2019s website<\/a> under \u2018Energy\/Consumers\/Natural Gas\u2019 or by calling 91 432 96 00.<\/p>\n<p>If you need help choosing a retailer, take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/ambitos-de-actuacion\/energia\/mercado-gas#listados\" class=\"inner-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complete list of gas retailers published by the CNMC<\/a>, which includes each company\u2019s customer service phone number. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"tab-2\">\n<div class=\"special-heading\">\n<h2>LNG plant contracts<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>According to Royal Decree 949\/2001, licensed entities may enter into contracts for the use of other services and installations that include services or conditions other than those regulated by the royal decree, which shall be freely agreed upon by the interested parties.<\/p>\n<p>These services shall be offered to all interested parties, under transparent, objective and non-discriminatory conditions. Distributing companies that offer said services must publish the current prices and conditions of these services on their website.<\/p>\n<p>Contract governing the provision of LNG transport services
